A property valuation practice serving banks. Assignments arrive by email, are dispatched to field engineers and must be tracked through completion.
THE CHALLENGE
What needed to change
- Valuation requests required manual processing.
- Customer data, assignments and overdue statuses needed sheet maintenance.
- WhatsApp completions had to be matched and removed manually.

What we built
The system extracts requests from email and adds customer details to a tracking sheet. Pending requests are marked old after one day, and detected WhatsApp completion messages automatically remove finished records.
