The mill's dispatch team shared parcel photos in WhatsApp groups, typed details manually and relied on memory for customer follow-ups.

A monitored Drive folder passes dispatch images to AI OCR. Extracted details go into Sheets, WhatsApp confirmations collect sample requirements, and customer responses are written back to the dispatch record.
