A textile manufacturer operating machines across factories, where production was recorded on paper and consolidated into spreadsheets each evening.
THE CHALLENGE
What needed to change
- Production was recorded manually at shift end.
- Remaining meters, totals and stock balances were calculated by hand.
- Daily reports were slow and difficult to search.

What we built
Operators enter machine-wise output in a central system. Remaining meters and totals are calculated automatically, with filters for dates, factories and machines and a formatted Excel export.
